Items are ready to post unless indicated that they are for pre-order.

Please allow up to 7 working days to process for ready to post items. For custom or made to order items, please allow 2-3 weeks turnaround (at times this may be sooner if time permits).

POSTAGE

Items are posted in a tracked tough bag or tracked satchel depending on the number of products purchased

Currently we do not have an international postage service.

PAYMENT

Payment is only via PayPal when ordering through Shadie Babies, as it is secure and private. Your private information is never provided to a third party.

REFUND/EXCHANGES

Please ensure that you double check the sizing before you purchase your item as no refunds/exchanges will be given for wrong choice.
